Credit card payment is mandatory for all individual registrations as well as for any order under 15 badges.
Modification & cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend the event and choose to cancel your registration, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions.

- Cancellation until January 8, 2027: Within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration can be cancelled and refunded in full without penalties.
You must give notice of this cancellation within the legally required period of time indicated above, by contacting the registration department at the following address: [email protected] - Cancellation after January 8, 2027: No refund will be possible after this date.
- Cancellation until January 8, 2027: Within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration can be cancelled and refunded in full without penalties.
Name changes are permitted until January 15, 2027, provided that the substitute participant is registered under the same registration category as the original participant.
